What you need to know about the 2017 Aadhaar roll-out

India is rolling out a new social welfare program for the poor, and one of its biggest problems is that millions of people have not received it.

The 2017 Aadhaar-based universal benefits program, dubbed Aadhaar 1.0, has a limited population and is set to cover about 6 million people.

But the program is plagued with glitches, which have led to criticism from critics that it is an “ill-conceived” program that needs to be changed.

This is what you need know about Aadhaar 1,0, and what it means for you.

First, what is Aadhaar 1?

The government’s official name for the new Aadhaar-linked national identity card, it is set up under a provision that gives the central government the power to control the details of citizens who are eligible to receive benefits, and which has been called the “Echo” provision.

The new card, which was rolled out across India on March 1, 2018, is a copy of the old card, but with a unique number attached to it.

Its design is based on that of a digital ID that is embedded into a biometric chip embedded into the palm of a hand.

This ID, called a Unique Identification Number (UID), is used by the government to track people’s location, bank account and other records.

It can be used to track down bank accounts, credit cards, driver’s licenses and other information.

Aadhaar 1 was rolled into a national ID card, the Aadhaar Card, last month.

It’s part of a government push to increase access to Aadhaar, a biometrics-based identification system that helps people buy health insurance and other government benefits.

The program is called Aadhaar 1 and is the government’s biggest reform since it was first announced in January.

The number of people covered under Aadhaar 1 is set at 6 million, and the government has said it will roll it out to 10 million people in 2021.

This is a huge expansion of the population that has not yet received the benefit.

“It’s a really big jump, and a huge challenge,” said Vimalakant Sahai, an associate professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a leading expert on biometric ID cards.

“It has a massive impact on people’s lives.”

How does the program work?

The new card will be made up of the same biometric identifier as the old one.

The unique ID number, called an Aadhaar number, is stored on a chip embedded in a biograph that the government uses to track who is enrolled in the Aadhaar program.

The chip will also be linked to a unique identity card number, or an Aadhaar card.

The Aadhaar card will give people access to a range of benefits and services that are currently available only through the old national ID cards, including health insurance, free public transport, free school lunches and more.

“Aadhaar 1 will help the poor get a better access to public services.

It will be a better way to track and manage their financial transactions,” said Amit Jain, a professor at MIT, who co-authored a recent paper about Aadhaar.

“The more people use it, the better it is for the government.”

What do critics say?

Critics say that the program could be abused by unscrupulous users.

They also say that a small number of users are using the new card to commit fraud, including fraudulent accounts, identity theft, and other crimes.

In February, the Supreme Court banned the use of Aadhaar 1 as a fraud prevention tool.

The new system will help people “find out more about their financial circumstances and their family history, which are important,” said Prakash Mehta, a senior fellow at the Centre for Policy Research.

“But it will also have a major impact on a lot of people who do not have access to financial services, who have not got access to education or the basic infrastructure like roads, electricity or health care.”

The government has also been criticized for its failure to address the problems of fraud, misuse and fraud in the system.

This led to complaints that the card has a high failure rate, making it “an ineffective tool to address financial and non-financial problems,” as a recent report by the US-based Center for Responsible Technology said.

“The Aadhaar 1 program is failing to address issues of fraud in Aadhaar 1,” the report said.

The government will also need to update the existing cards to be more accurate in order to make them work in the new program.

But critics say this is not the only problem.

The system will be hard to use, because people have to provide their biometric details on the new cards, which will be very hard to remember.

The government is also being criticized for not making the cards as widely available as it has promised, making them harder to use and harder to
